IT seems that get to 268 ping on Ga #2 but on other oz servers my ping is sitting at a nice level, why could this be, any ideas hints on tips to fix this issue will be nice

no idea but matt was saying that last night his ping on US servers was way way lower than what we were getting on GA. The servers went offline for a while today (or werent showing up anyway) maybe they've been addressed
