9pm, Tuesday 21st December
uR vs rL
A GameCreate server will be booked for each war and details given to team captains.
Team captains are to make sure all their clan members aware of this upcoming war. No one wants to forfeit due to low numbers.
The time and date are fixed, so all four clans have the same burden to be there on time with at least 5 players.
Maps 1 & 3 will be chosen by the higher ranking clan. Map 2 will be chosen by their lower ranking opponent. Team captains to let a GameOp know their final choices ASAP.

finals in mid-to-late december are not a good idea IMHO. it's the busiest month of the year for ppl.
i hope the final doesn't end up being another forfeit victory.

Well the ladder was locked about 2 weeks ago, and so the finals shouldn't happen months afterwards. I personally would rather get this thing over and done with.
Dammit I want to start recruiting for a new clan, and have put it off for weeks now because this ladder is still in limbo basically. >_<

There was no finals info back then. I'm the one who reminded a GameOp about the ladder having to be locked, and now having to bump them to pick a time for finals. I'm not even a ladder manager personage yet.

Booking the servers now. I will leave the default map as ut_abbey2 and captains can change it to their chosen maps.
[edit] I emailed you Mon, but if it's the wrong address please grab me in COGS or MSN. BatBoy and Icey should have a copy of the GC details too. NG, XG8 and Doyle have been forwarded the info for vvv vs SG war as well.
