just reinstalled Quake 3 Arena after about 10 years of absence

i just got the 1.32 Point Release patch & ill be dammed if i can get it to work, i get this error message after trying to run the Quake3.exe in the win32 folder



any help would be greatly appreciated as there are no instructions what so ever :-\

try and download the patch from id, and try again ftp://ftp.idsoftware.com/idstuff/quake
