Hobo with a shotgun 
Just like Machete, this film started out as a fake trailer in Grindhouse.

Well now it's a full length feature, recently out on DVD. Great movie if you like a homage to 70's grindhouse exploitation films. Over the top blood and violence, crazy plot and plenty of action.
