Neil aint that good. He just uses MAA. I've seen way better MAA's than him.

Not really. I just watched what they do, and picked it up pretty fast.

MAA is just a dog ****... he's great at 1v1 but if you have a team of them trying to fight a balanced team of knights, vanguards and MMA's the latter will win.

It's all about timing. I was messing around with archer last night in an FFA server. Managed to win a round with him, was pretty stoked haha.

cool game so far.. wondering at the depth of it though.

MAA was cool one of the less akward and painful but the 2hnd 1 shot windmills pretty much left a dark depressing feel.

my friend said the 1 shot weps were a tribute to the no skill gods

War of the Roses is a really mature game and the few short moments I played the beta it was very entertaining. Seeing a knight dressed in full heavy armour and custom tabbard with a two pronged helm being jousted by a team mate in full flight while on horse back with peices of wood shattering all over the place as he goes crashing to the ground which ended a 5min epic duel is somethign to be inspired by even for a game ultimately flawed by its variety in combat and extremely dull pace.

If Chivalry had the graphics of WOTR and also the customisation with exlusion of chessy **** 2002 death match maps compounded by terible animation and sound M-PvP could be transformed into a great MMO.

lol. thats pretty funny. That slightly happened on the 5 inch server during one of the games. I attacked someone and he floated up into the crowd. Was kinda odd.

There's an Aussie server with low gravity likes this. Think it's got YOLO in the name somewhere. It's good fun, but archers rule it because they sit on the ground firing at the floating targets haha. So I'd just run around with a maul and flatten them from behind.

I've got em all. You're best off in a FFA server. Look for people in 1v1 and fire at the bleeding guy from a distance.

was having fun as the fast dude, darting in and out with a dagger. But the dodge ability seems to not work a lot of the time...

Me too haha. I've been practicing archer a bit though. Just gotta work on arrow drop and how far ahead to shoot the arrow. Also gotta watch the way the players animation moves when they swing and time it for that. Takes practice. Using the middle mouse helps get shots on target, but don't use it too much when there's other archers or you'll be a sitting duck.

It's a beast for sure, I just don't like the slow reload time.

This almost makes me want to buy the game. Reminds me of low grav zook action in bf1942, with the added hilarity of screams.

The graphics look good in that clip, but in game they are low res and the AA is **** and it's got a 60fps cap.

The graphics look awesome on my computer :/ I don't have a giant screen but, no point. You're right in front of it.
