And sweet potato is ok but normal potato is better. Whether Boiled roasted fried or in a curry sauce normal potato is better then sweet potato.

you would like rockpool.

IT isn't a vegetarian restaurant but pretty much a steakhouse. Tho they have a very good philosophy when it comes to meat eating in that they only source good meat from good cows.

Quote:
We believe that the four types of beef we have are representative of the best of their type in Australia.

Blackmore’s Wagyu, Greenhams and Rangers Valley all fit into the strict Rockpool philosophy of humane treatment to the cattle.

There are no growth hormones used and no antibiotic feed supplements. This is a rare thing in Australia today, particularly with the standard lot fed cattle. It is why we feel that Rangers Valley is the only grain fed cattle we could fit within our Rockpool philosophy.

They are a bit like MOOMOO in Brisbane - another good restaurant

You have no qualms about the unethical and unconscionable treatment factory farmed animals receive? You're an inconsiderate ****. David Attenborough is disappointed in you.

No, it's not. If you have a conscience, it's very natural to care about it.

I take it you're making a reference to Darwinism, somehow missing what your hero Dawkins was talking about in the countless times he has made it clear that he, and any thinking, feeling individual, should most certainly should not live by Darwinian morals and ethics.

that image dosent work i do on the bar so its like 22.5 per arm i think your problem would be diet i eat so much 4000-5000 cal a day drink 3 protean shakes and do drop sets eg i did 3x5 of 45 then 3x10 35 then 3x10 of 25 dont run it kills your gains only do weights avoid expending energy and eat eat eat

No you don't. You should be thankful to the animal for the delicious bounty it provided, and source your food in such a way that it doesn't come from animals that have had utterly horrible lives just so you can get some protein. Stop being an inconsiderate and lazy ****.

i don't think i could eat that much, i eat maybe 2000 cals average; except weekends i love eating pastries, Saturday pastries and today is Saturday pastries day so SMD rabbits

your doing a pyramid thing, i saw this guy who only ate rice and eggs and did pyramid lifting; it worked really well for him. I can't give up running though, i like it too much, i just wanna be able to do things like 1 leg body squats and 1 arm pushups\pullups; plus weightlifting is good for your bones and stuffs

you cant keep running and get the gains so maby unless you eat 5000cal a day you should just train for running

For gods sake your 25 and have no idea about how the world works except in star trek world - is there any wonder why u meet a girl and 3 mins later she is frantically signalling over her friends to do the emergency pull out move of "oh this is my friend i really need her and she needs to go right now"
