I gave it a 8.5 actually. I don't give a **** about graphics, but it's a bit glitchy in places.

I'd like to pretend to care, but they changed video games from fun hours of entertainment to cash grab donkeys. If games were like they were a few years back perhaps people would be buying as much as they were.

I agree. I wonder what made more money, Battle field 42 or vietnam. Or cod black ops? I don;t recall ever having to pay anythign extra for my bf games. Plus i played them for years.
I think that is the problem. Make them too good and ppl won't need to spend any more money for a few years.

People keep saying they dont buy **** games but Activision-Blizzard has 3.2billion of pure profit sitting in their bank account while the good guys such as Square-Enix and THQ are trying to pull in every dollar to stay alive. Activision dumped Sleeping Dogs becuase they couldnt do anything worth while with it so Square-Enix snapped it up and nursed it into a **** awesome game but nobody bought it, seriously what the ****?

So did I. Well I pirated it first, did a few missions and I was like "This game is worthy of my hard earned money" So I bought it. Then I told my mate about it and he bought it on his PS3. Then I told my brother about it who also bought it. My step Dad saw me playing it and bought it on his PS3. I told another mate about it and he just pirated it and finished it without paying a cent, but oh well. He'll probably still spread the word.

Oh well, on the topic of this game. It looks like a steaming pile of **** for the cost of it. If it cost $20 to $30 I would pay for it. Because I'm not paying full price for a game that isn't a game, it's an expansion. It's using the engine COD4 used in 2007. It's old and dated and to be honest it's starting to look like **** in comparison to other games. Seriously, still no destructible environments?

Then they'll of course have their four sets of $15 DLC to throw in your face because the $89.99 for a complete and total console port wasn't already a massive green slag in the eye.

I played the Hitman Sniper Challenge, and the graphics are pretty terrible, I hope they are a bit more polished!!! Needs more AA.

I hope farcry3 is better than farcry2, farcry2 was **** good, not perfect just good real good.

I never gave far cry 2 a fair go. I might have to try it again once I've finished AC2, AC brotherhood and AC revelations.

Its an acquired taste that's for sure, on paper it is as boring as hell drive here do a mission rinse and repeat and that's it.
For me though i compensate that with behaving like a hooligan driving over people blowing stuff up and sending cars barrels and guys all over the place just to sit back and drive with out doing any missions at just look for diamonds is really good fun.

Far Cry 2 has some good features and a few good missions, but overall it is a pretty average game.

My brother bought me Diablo 3 for my birthday, I hated it. Felt bad and tried to play it because it was a gift, but it was seriously so mind numbingly boring.

dunno about ironic but it might be bit naive to think that the big bad corporation wasn't trying to influence critics with freebies, or that the attempt didn't have an effect... But disclosure is better than not, for sure.

BF42. BFV and BF2. Never had destructible environments. bf bc 2 did. So does bf3 Both games are ****.

Destructible environments are ok. But they soon lose their novelty. Give me good game play over a hole in the wall anytime.

They can do alot better, game jurno's can make or break them.


Im already seeing almost perfect scores from the big players who have huge advertising revenue departments. Your score seems more reasonable for a solid annual COD release meaning there will be no need for a royal commission.
