LMFAO everything Xeper says about ph33x is true. ph33x listens to "I am 14 and hate my parents music". Ahahahahah that's emo scene kid song, go flick your fringe at your mum and stomp away so all your belt chains rattle.
I listen to almost every genre of music, now I'm listening to Star Trek 2009 BGM's. The difference is, I choose what I want to like, and don't just chase mainstream like wannabe cools like you. Strapping is a good band and have made more money then you will in your life, not that it would be difficult.
Anyways, moving on with music vids..

Then we know what it is and don't have to watch it.
That's where you're going wrong. It's not about watching, it's about listening. Also, as for your 'helpful hint' re posting youtube links, I'm not interested.
Whenever you see me post a link, simply don't click on it = problem solved.

Nings was kidding. Just embed the links, lets us know what you're posting, more user friendly to people surfing this thread when they can see the playlist, as it were.

awesome help thanks guys. im feeling mighty redneck right now so im gonna git mah drivin whiskey outta that glovebox gonna go downtown buy me a fine chicken dinner.
This is the kind of rap music I like. Deep meaningful stuff, none of that deep bass **** where some douche raps about how often his **** is sucked and how how much his enemy sucks ****.
Doesnt even need to look at the guitar, the guitar is like an extension of Hendrix. All the top metal guitarists have their heads down in full concentration to achieve anywhere near the same level playing.
Glen Tipton/K.K Downing would be one of the best lead guitarists in metal and is the closest you will get to a Hendrix skill level.

Hmm not really. It's much the same how looking at a gear stick in a car doesn't help you change gears better. Everything is always in the same spot so it's pretty easy to play without looking.
If you look at the Hendrix video he looks down quickly when he slides up and then once he's in that position he doesn't need to look anymore. That's pretty normal by today's standards thanks largely to the amount of people he alone inspired.

Purely subjective of course, but I tend to look at guys like that as pioneers rather than compare them to the top metal players around today - because after building on the techniques that these guys introduced decades ago, there is no comparison anymore.
