I just had a vegemite sandwich for lunch and am getting a tad sick of eating it all the time, what do you guys reckon I should have for lunch besides vegemite sandwich's, oh and it has to be something from home and not some store bought stuff like subway or mcdonalds.

Tomatoes + Vegemite.
Ham Cheese + Vegemite.
Chicken lettuce + Vegemite.
Roast Beef gherkins + Vegemite.
Boiled eggs spring onion + Vegemite.
Tuna carrot + Vegemite.
Salami radish + Vegemite.
Or you could have a home made subway with all of the above in a long bread roll.

There is always the poor man's meat pie a box of Tofu.

Left overs.
Unless you have vegemite sandwiches for diner.

Roast chicken, Mayo, roll is easy.
Make jaffles, **** loads of them and put them in the fridge.

When I need inspiration for meals I type in what I want into google, say 'sandwches' with 'recipes' then search images. Your eyeballs will do the rest.

I had a sandwhich... Ham, turkey, cheese, tomato, red onion, some leafy greens, pepper, mustard... Right now, I'm hungry. Give it 5 mins to reach my stomach and I'm sure I'll feel differently.

i have a knockoff version of one of those Mr T Flavawaves you see advertised on late night tv and I use it to make pizzas. All I do is get this Afghan bread from woolies, which already tastes awesome on its own, and spread avocado on it, put some ham/chorizo or some other meat on it, put capsicum, mushroom, jalepino and **** like that on it, whack some mozarella cheese on there and top it off with some cajun spice. It tastes **** awesome, only takes like 5 mins to cook.

Noice.
I love Viennese sausage.
We make pea and ham soup with slices in it.

Germans make some nice sausage.

Nothing better than left overs. I'm all for Vegemite on toast for brekky but a Vegemite sambo flunch? Everyday? Maybe you're still at primary school or single?

At 11am have some linguine with a nice tomato pesto stirred through and BBQ chicken on top, then an hour later have some tuna (springwater) with diced onion, tomato and a dash of vinegar on wholemeal toast, then an hour later have a small portion of rump steak with salad, then a half an hour after that have a banana smoothie with a couple of egg whites and some whey protein isolate blended in.

I think people either hate or love sardines. I don't think there is much middle ground.

Nah it's not massive on the fat content, and it's not massive portions. I'd be a skinny **** if I didn't eat **** of food and work out.

Jack3d is a pre workout supplement, it has the synthetic chemical DMAA in it that is gonna be banned. It's kind of link amphetamine in that it gets you focused and switches you on.
US Army banned it ages ago, mine sites have been banning it and there's a total ban coming for the general public.

Yeah, it contains a lot of caffine too, it's not really safe to mix caffine with the other stimulants.

It has the eqivalent of 4 cups of strong coffee, and 14 teaspoons of sugar.

And it's for sale in shops.
