Shrooms are illegal to take or distribute. Virtually every psychedelic is illegal. Datura I'm not sure, but you'd have to be a **** idiot to take it.

You boil the flowers of the datura plant then drink the juice.
You get strange hallucinations and a really dry mouth and a type of blindness so its best to take it in an enclosed room so you don't go wondering into danger.
