Had mates around last night. Scored easily a carton and a halfs worth of free beers and bourbon because they didn't want to take it home. Didn't drink and just stuck to water because my guts were feeling wrecked. Chilled in the spa for a while. Got out and had what felt like a seizure. Whole body started shaking uncontrollably, couldn't even pick my cup of water up. Tried to tense my muscles and pulled a muscle in my shoulder. Shoulder still feels **** now. Mate thought I was having a heart attack. No idea what happened. Scared the **** out of me. I didn't even feel could. Had a hot shower and had to put a jumped on even though my mates were saying it was still hot as. I think I'm dying.

I never read terms and conditions, so I wouldn't know about small print. I have pretty awesome eye sight though. My nanna has diabetes though. I doubt I'd have it though. I've never been a big fan of sugary stuff. I didn't start drinking cordial or fizzy drinks until I was 16. Just drank water. Only started to like coke because I mixed it with bourbon. I hate desserts, would rather eat another steak, than safe space for cake. Would rather eat cheese and crackers, than munch on a pack of lollies. My brown easter eggs would always turn white because I'd always forget about them.

you were sick not that long ago though, body might have been stressed and still have the virus, but you should still go to the doc for something like that just to have the symptoms cleared

I was supposed to get back into my home workouts again this week. I'm not sure I should because my left shoulders still feeling sore as ****. Dunno if it'd do more damage pushing through the pain.

try doing a home walkout instead - walking is good exercise that's low impact unless you get set upon by wolves

And you know what really grinds my gears? Energy saving light bulbs. They are so **** they barely work and they are white as **** and make every thing look bad like its 7-11. So im switching all my lights over to these bad boys:

as for walking i don't even count it as exercise. don't do cardio it gets in the way of mass gaining
