The fact that the server is down had been reported days ago so I'm wondering what's happening and why is it taking so long?

It is up and running by the look of it, albeit as 2 servers using the same IP address. http://www.game-monitor.com/search.php? ... ry=AU&pg=2I can see it in my favourites and in the game browser, when I attempt to join it connects, then says 'Cannot connect to server, server is full'. I am assuming the server is running as a virtual machine on a hardware server and has just been initiated twice, so the solution might be as simple as turning one of them off. Just a guess.

well look likes DC will die due to the incompetence of GA,
and I had only just learnt that trojan had been hacking all this time from pulse.
did anyone get bf42 or dc to work in xp mode in win 7 pro?

Ga takes forever to do anything. just take a look at the console wars forum, you will see what i mean. Quote: did anyone get bf42 or dc to work in xp mode in win 7 pro? It works without compatibility settings for me.

yeh work in xp compatibility for me too but tends to crash every now and again on new map load,
xp virtual machine mode can't load bf42/dc at all.
I guess it doesn't matter now since the server is down and by the time its up DC will be forgotten for ever...

well at least its back up dont complain .. an please refrain from accusing ppl of hacking considering you get it from a dodgy source such as "wickerman"
