For many years I have reminisced (?) about some of the victories that TBI had. The guys alongside me claimed some of the ideas were insane, but they worked. I have always thought about posting some of our strats up here to show people the level of dedication it took to become number one, but the main thing that held me back was that I never wanted us to appear elitist.
From day 1 we watched + dominate everyone they played against, but aside from all their skill and teamwork they treated the community with disgust. With this in mind, we always wanted to show that teamwork and skill could also show our opponents that we were fair and played in the spirit of competition - and fun.
I'm half tanked now and I feel like writing up some facts about some of our better maps, but I'd like to see if any of you old timers think it's worth a post or two. The other thing holding me back is that I can't remember the map names seeing I'm so wasted.
Note: I don't drink alcohol very often... maybe once a year... so I get drunk EASY.
So anyone interested in a long winded full write-up of one or several of our maps? It'll all have to come out of my head seeing we had a habit of destroying map tactics straight after a match.
MD.
P.S. Feel free to tell me to pull my head in.

So is TBI to come back to DCF? If so when? and will you be up for playing scrims anytime soon? We treated the community as well as they deserved, only so many times you can be called hackers/cheats/etc before you get a bit short with ppl. And its explains why in the beginning CP was in our TS more than yours, infact everynite, god you guys specially you have a distorted memory on facts
'With this in mind, we always wanted to show that teamwork and skill could also show our opponents that we were fair and played in the spirit of competition - and fun.'
Is playing with a know hacker in a final considered fair these days ?
We at +plus know TBI failed at the transition to BF2..nuff said..we didn't. The ledger speaks for itself,
+plus Achieve's Won - S1 DC (runners up S2 with a much depleted side and against a know hacker) S1 NZ DC S1 BF2 (runners up S2 with a much depleted side) Various Lans Made prolly the best DC stunt movie ever TBI Achieve's Won - S2 DC (later to be found that they played knowingly with a hacker in there squad) FAILED AT BF2
You never were and never could be even remotely consider yourseleves even close to us

So I find my GA account was hacked and had to jump on here to reset my password. Somehow end up in the DC thread and lo and behold, 8 years on someone's slandering my clan.
Yes TripN, Quixspede was a hacker. As soon as we found out, he was banned instantly. Mind you, I backed him up 100% through all the ****, right up until he told me the truth.
TBI were and are great mates. Even after all this time, we still hang out and get together regularly, even though the clan is gone.
MD.
