Hey guys I got banned from the server because apparently i was killing the child admin that was currently playing.
Him and his buddies where on a roof (getting up there by LittleBirdie). So i come along and wipe them all out in my own chopper.. This goes on for a about 5mins. Next thing i know im comming back for round 2 and i get perma banned for Hacking.. WTF
1) I've never hacked in my life i have over $2000 of games on Steam+ Origin no way would i jeperdise my account.
2) I would like poof.
You show me proof that i was hacking, Ive been playing on that server for about 1 month now getting to know everyone then this child had to have a tantrum.
Go home.
Also considering you have a mountain of threads about this problem maybe you should look at the admin seems he/she is abusing their powers.

No i was having a nice Saturday game on my favorite server when i got banned for hacking.. Seeing as there a lot of people getting manually banned it sugest that the admin/owner is abusing his power to gain advantage in the ranking system (As he is kicking players better than him).. Which to my understanding of the EA/Dice EULA is agaist the agreement. And if its against the agreement his account can get suspended if enough people bring forward evidence of foul play. In this instance of this player breaking the agreement its then upto Bigpond to remove the users rental rights to the server as they own the hardware/software of the server which will make them an accessory to the agreement breach.

Nothing to do with the GameOps.
If you want to complain then OK, I have read it and feel sorry that you have been kicked off of the server.
You need to talk to them, and if by any chance they read these forums, then I suspect your chances of reinstatement would be pretty slim by now.
If you dont want to talk to them, talk to EA/Dice, they may be more sympathetic to your cause and I feel sure they will jump right onto it.
Get a petition up as there are a few players that have been kicked off the server.
Alternately, resign yourself to the knowledge that you will no longer be able to play on that server as long as it exists.
It will allow the healing process to begin.

I take it this is another case of an Admin doing whatever he wants on a GA rented server? I wonder if the attitude by Game Arena of- you can do whatever you want with your server, is the right one. In a way these people are representing Game Arena and there seams to be a constant stream of people complaining that they have been banned from these servers show that the public is unaware that these are not official GA servers. This must be damaging to the GA brand. It's a bit like when Joaby briefly attempted to tone down the swearing in General Forum because they were worried it could damage the GA brand- GA didn't condone it, but were doing nothing to stop it.

Ranked Server Administrators: Quote: If you are an administrator of a ranked Battlefield 3 server (referred to below as a "Server Administrator"), you must also comply with the EA Online Terms and Conditions.
Server Administrators are in violation of the EA Online Terms and Conditions if they enforce server rules on ranked servers that prohibit or severely limit players from using any roles, kits, weapons, vehicles, or other features of the game while playing on their server. Examples of such rules that would violate the EA Online Terms and Conditions include:
•Running knife / pistol-only servers
•Preventing players from using certain weapons or items (such as flash bangs or C4) or enforcing a "pistol only" or "knife only" server rule
Please note that server administrators also cannot boot other players just because they are ahead, killed you, etc. The player must be violating the EA Online Terms and Conditions (which may include violating the rules of the server, as long as those rules are in accordance with the EA Online Terms and Conditions, as mentioned above).
Server Administrators may implement and enforce rules that result in minor changes to gameplay behavior or styles as long as these are clearly stated before a player starts playing on a server. These rules typically introduce minor or limited restrictions on how a certain aspect of the game can be used, but do not create or promote an environment that would allow abuse of the scoring/award system. Examples of such rules that are acceptable are:
•Disallowing repeated main base camping/attacking of bases that cannot be captured.
•Limiting the use of mortars to a particular region of the map.
Server Administrators will also violate the EA Online Terms and Conditions if they (i) use offensive server names, server art or clan tags; or (ii) encourage other players to violate the EA Online Terms and Conditions while in game. Nothing to mention there if they think you are hacking why they cant perm ban though. I would contact EA and let the know your issues with this specific server, So if they think your hacking and in violation of the T+C set out by EA then i guess your out of luck. I doubt GA can do anything about these situations. GA does act on servers that do break the T+C but the grey areas such as this circumstance i doubt they can do anything as it comes down to the server administrator claiming the player is a hack and the player saying they aren’t.

To be honest, put the whole issue into reality.
Does it matter if this admin was to stop his rental agreement and the server was to shut down.
Would it then be GA's responsibility to then restart it because no one could play on it?
After all, shutting it down is a clear breach of the EA T&C's.
Reality check people.
Go check another server and take all your friends to it.
These servers are not the responsibility of the GameOps.
We run ladders, help with the GA run servers and mod the forum.
We dont write policy, we dont write procedures, we dont try to influence to income stream of GA or BigPond.
Posting in forums will simply get you a "move on" notice.
You have a problem with what GA is doing, put in a support ticket.

This server is run by a clan called MBT. The server has all sorts of nub rules and they will team stack but kick anyone that is decent. Some if the guys are ok but the leader is a clown.
I was banned for a spm over 500 and have seen guy perm banned for aimbotting cos they killed an admin.
HomerJenkens is the clown admin, find him and you find the problem.. but don't expect your ban lifted.
