SPETZNAZ (BRU) is a division of the Team Immunity BF3 Group. iM is Australia's leading battlefield eSports company and employs approximately 12 employees across the country possessing in excess of 10 years industry experience in Battlefield and FPS Services. Today we service approximately 40,000 casual daddy gamer clients as well as 550,000 households.

In 2012 iM is seeking a fellow small format team to participate in the Gamearena 16v16 Ladder Season 2.

This 16 week program will give you the opportunity to rotate through a variety of operational departments giving you hands on experience and the chance to develop a variety of practical skills.

During each rotation you will be required to complete objectives allowing you to make a real difference and to leave your legacy amongst the battlefield community. These objectives are also designed to give you the chance to gain an understanding of the broader PTFO philosophy here at iM BF3.

Our partnership program has been designed to develop the future leaders of battlefield esports. We will give you opportunities throughout the program to crush the casuals so that you can be on your way to achieving a chartered status with Pubstars Australia and at the end of the program we will work with you to find you a suitable position within our organsation so that you can continue to grow and develop.

We are currently accepting applications for small teams within the following ladders:

- Gamearena 16v16 Season 2

Candidates MUST be willing to put up with Protoss vs Zerg arguments between zolt and gogowaffles mid match.

To be considered for our partnership intake, you must meet the following essential criteria:
• Completed an appropriate degree and graduated in 2010, 2011 or early 2012.
• Not be ****
• Can play BF at a moderate level or above
• The flexibility to PTFO is essential
