This. Hakei and Heatseeker were pretty good at evading cannon bullets so it was easier and quicker just to ram them and on the upside they would get upset and it made me laugh. Would just spend the entire map getting the jet and ramming them haha. Good times.

If you are all so skilled, you would have learned to evade the jets ramming you by now. You are all bad at the game if I am being honest. Most of you can only get a good score when your team is stacked and you are in air vehicles.

Transport Heli is blowing out those statistics though, I stand by my claim. Try pressing f9, f10, etc, and when you see the jet coming dodge it. Or, fly lower and use buildings for cover. You know, put some effort into it because the attack helis aren't meant to be invincible anyway?

Like I said, heaven forbid you actually had to PLAY the game rather than just camp and stat pad like RPG noobs. Go play WoW already, you are already playing bf2 like it is an RPG.

Also, its funny that Rekkit or whatever thinks I am trolling. I am not. Ramming and tactics like it just bring the helicopters back into balance, really. If you don't like it you could always try infantry, but then you would die so I guess I understand.

Edit: Also, those stats are pretty bad for a PRO. I play on Wireless and only about half my TV missiles actually even get followed by the TV screen and I would say my K/D, minus transport, is still better than yours. Kind of embarrassing for you really.

Padding no thats skill you stupid. And I put in crazy effort thats why I'm good. I was in many a 2v2 heli teams and played with cMc and the like, I can fly and gun better than you can imagine. But these days I lost alot of skill from not playing as I had a break for 2 years.

Wyjyn don't make excuses, about 500 of my kills are from transport. Difference is I know how to use them.

I am serious, as well. Because the air vehicles are woefully overpowered, anything that annoys them and the players that obsess over them gets a giant +1 from me. In fact, I have noticed that if I go commander and simply do my best to shut down ONE attack heli on Dalian my team almost always wins, even if outmatched, so overpowered are the air vehicles.

That is to say that if all you do as commander is attack the heli pad, so that they have 1 heli in the air and your team has 2, your team will tend to win. The anger quits are just an added bonus.

The fact that helis are so important completely justifies ramming. Also, I have been doing this sort of stuff for ages, and I have seen ONE player actually counter me. One ever. That player dodged my artillary, exploited the pattern and delay between arty bursts and then hid and flew low (even hiding in buildings) when I came to ram with a jet.

The rest of you just don't have that level of skill. Sorry. The players in this thread do stuff like swap teams to Team Kill so their mates can fly, etc. They suck at the game the moment the dynamics of it change, precisely when SKILL comes into play rather than just knowledge.

There is no rule against ramming helis, its actually less cheap than base raping which is all people in helis tend to really do anyway, so have at it. Ram away. Go prac some chopper and you might find that air vehicles are not that op. Dalian has a stinger at just about every flag, the carrier has 2 essex and most of the other maps have mobile aa. Not that it matters now, but imagine how much better at bf2 you'd be if all the time you spend whinging over global about how you're trolling everyone, you'd put into actually getting better. Maybe after 6 years you might have gotten average.

The dead truth about it is that they are addicted to specific components of Battlefield 2, primarily the air vehicles, and when you ram them you temporarily if not fully block them from the object of their addiction. That is what they are really angry about and why this thread is full of rage. If you keep them from the vehicles enough they eventually anger quit and its always funny because if they were just in it for fun they'd probably enjoy the tense fight, instead of having a whinge that they cannot use their vehicle how they have always used it. So stupid, get real skill or go play WoW already.

I think I play an average of about an hour or less a day, usually between doing stuff. So I do work, play 30 minutes, do work for a few hours, play, etc and more often than not you are on the whole time.

My total is 1112 hours, which would clock you at 5000 hours by conservative estimates assuming you started when I started and kept to the same play rate.

HardKill has 9773 hours and that guy is on dramatically less than you all are. Maybe he used to be on heaps, but overall I'd say you would have him beat if you just had one account. Some epic delusion going on with you guys Noah and Company.

haha what a sped. my xfire says I have 1677 hours, thats the total time bf2.exe has been open on my computer. I always have xfire open when playing bf2. Sometimes I leave the game open which counts towards those hours as well. BRs, hamachi, singleplayer back in the day etc etc also count. Total online time is probably around 1500.

Basically, even though he doesn't even use that account really and may very well not have used it for years, he still almost matches my hours accumulated over a year or two.
